Understand your nights

A calendar designed around nights, time-based charts, statistics and a journal of how you feel. Review sessions, movement and interruptions, then compare them over the weeks.

An alarm that fits your day

Set multiple recurring alarms or choose a specific date. Pick the sound, reminders and gradual volume increase. Optional voice announcements give the time and reminder number. When you wake up, stop everything or keep just the music.

Your music, into the night

Choose world radio stations, local playlists and compatible music services. A timer gradually lowers the volume before pausing. Playlists and stations share one menu with playback controls.

Personal, including your data

Tracking works offline, without an InZeSleep account or telemetry. Night data and audio clips are encrypted on the device. You choose how long sounds are kept; online services remain optional.

Make it your own

Light or dark mode, a custom colour, analogue, digital or flip clocks: choose your display. The interface is planned in seven languages, for both bedtime and morning use.

Take your information with you

Export data to a spreadsheet, keep an encrypted backup or prepare a printable report. Your history remains accessible without pairing with a website.

Listen again, with context

Sound recording is optional. Clips retain what comes before and after a sound, alongside nearby movement readings. Classify your sounds and jump to the sequences you want to review instead of searching the whole night.

A few answers

Is the app already available?

InZeSleep is in development. The Android version is being tested; iOS is in preparation. No public download or release date is announced here.

Do I need an Internet connection?

The journal, saved data and local music stay on the phone. Radio, weather and external music services need a connection for their online functions.

Do all music services work the same way?

No. Spotify and other players depend on their interfaces, permissions and sometimes your subscription. YouTube Music may require a subscription for background playback. Capabilities also differ between Android and iOS.

Is this a medical device?

No. Movement and sounds provide observations, not a diagnosis or a clinical measurement of sleep stages. Reviewing unusual sequences is experimental and cannot establish sleep apnea. A report can support a conversation with a healthcare professional.
